My brushes/stocks are distributed in the hope that they will be useful, but without any warranty. They are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the brushes/stocks are with you.

In no event the author (me) will be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the brushes/stocks (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate), even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You MUST credit me whenever you use my brushes/stocks. This can be done via giving a link back.

You MUST send me a note (not a devious comment) to let me know where you have used my brushes/stocks.

You MUST ask for a permission to use my brushes/stocks for any commercial usage (including Deviant Prints).

This brushes are known to work PShop CS, i don't know if they work with any other software or version.
